Return Policy

General Substitution Policy: In some cases our photo may represent a general theme or appearance and include a unique vase that cannot be replicated exactly. Although the arrangement may not exactly match the photo, its temperament will. Occasional substitutions of flowers or containers occur due to weather, seasonality and market conditions that may affect availability. If this is the case with the arrangement you have selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only replace it with items of equal or greater value. If any design elements are of great importance to your order, include them in the florist’s instructions.

Please note that we do our best to create your arrangement as close to the photo shown. If you have any questions or need help, do not hesitate to contact us. It will always be a pleasure for us to help you.

Thanks for your purchase. We have a return policy of 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that returns are only accepted if the item you receive is incorrect, defective or damaged. Contact us immediately to evaluate the situation and resolve it.

Non-returnable items

Items that cannot be returned are perishable products such as FLOWERS, PLANTS, FOOD OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return. Please allow at least 15 days from receipt of your items to process your return.
