Although the arrangement may not exactly match the photo, its temperament will. Occasional substitutions of flowers or containers occur due to weather, seasonality and market conditions that may affect availability. If this is the case with the arrangement you have selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only replace it with items of equal or greater value. If any design elements are of great importance to your order, include them in the florist’s instructions. Please note that we do our best to create your arrangement as close to the photo shown.
